I gradually grew into a leadership role, and most recently served as a Software Engineering Manager, where I led cross-functional teams, improved product delivery processes, and worked closely with clients on successful launches like Midnight Suns and Lego 2K Drive. Along the way, I found myself increasingly drawn to the strategic side of product development—understanding user pain points, aligning features with business goals, and driving improvements based on data.
