Provotive is a B2B startup operating the digital platform Packative.

Packaging production goes through a complex process, from quotation → order → production → delivery. However, most of the global packaging industry still manages this entire process through phone calls, emails, Excel, and, in some markets, even fax.

Packative is redesigning this outdated industry through technology and operational excellence. Packative One is our core enterprise ERP that brings this vision to life.

We are currently running our first PoC with an overseas packaging company. This PoC series will become one of the key pillars of Packative's global expansion.

This role may not be the right fit if you expect a fully standardized PM process already in place.

🧭 About the ERP Product Manager Role

The ERP Product Manager will be responsible for the adoption and expansion of Packative One, Packative's enterprise product.

Currently, this role is directly handled by the CEO. The first ongoing PoC is also being managed by the CEO together with the PoC manager at our Korean headquarters. However, as follow-up PoCs begin, we need a single owner who can take full end-to-end responsibility for each PoC, from discovery to adoption.

This position goes beyond simply managing PoCs. You will operate across three key areas at the same time: translating customer needs into product requirements, collaborating with engineering, and owning post-implementation adoption.

🧩 What You Will Do

Core Responsibilities

1. End-to-End PoC Ownership

Own global and domestic enterprise PoCs from discovery to adoption
Communicate directly with customers' IT teams, field operators, and management teams
Participate in the customer's implementation and decision-making process
Travel domestically or internationally when needed for site visits and follow-up customer meetings

2. Product ↔ Engineering Bridge

Translate customer requirements into functional specifications
Align with the engineering team on priorities, timelines, trade-offs, and decisions
Reflect insights from PoC sites into the Packative One roadmap
Participate in feature validation, QA criteria definition, and release timing decisions

3. Turning PoC Experience into Playbooks

Turn the first PoC experience into reusable discovery templates for future PoCs
Build customer onboarding guides, user manuals, and training materials
Design and manage adoption KPIs for post-implementation success and expansion
Establish the PoC operating framework that will become the standard for global expansion

4. Company-Wide and Long-Term Project Contribution

Participate in Packative One product roadmap decisions
Connect PoC cycles with the enterprise sales team
Reflect field feedback from PoCs into our Al-based workflow automation direction

✅ Who We Are Looking For

4 to 7 years of experience as a PM in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
Direct experience leading customer-facing PoCs or enterprise implementation projects
Technical literacy to write functional specs and participate in engineering reviews (Coding experience is not required.)
Native-level Korean and business-level English are required for communication with the CEO and global PoC stakeholders
Ability to travel domestically or internationally when needed
Experience proactively defining problems and executing solutions (Not just managing a given backlog, but discovering customer problems and shaping product direction.)
Strong habit of conducting customer interviews, discovery, and documenting the results clearly
Strong collaboration and communication skills across internal teams (Sales, Engineering, CEO) and external stakeholders (customers and partners)

Business proficiency in a second foreign language, such as Japanese or Chinese
Experience in manufacturing, packaging, logistics, or ERP domains
PM experience in a 0 → 1 startup stage around Series A
Experience designing or implementing Al-based workflow automation products
Experience running PoCs or implementation projects for global enterprise customers
Background in Customer Success or solution consulting

💰 Working Conditions

Employment type: Full-time, permanent position with a 3-month probation period
Location: Think Factory Dangsan, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul
Working hours: 5 days per week / 40 hours per week, flexible start between 9:00 and 10:30
Travel: Domestic or international travel may be required

ERP Product Manager 는 패커티브의 엔터프라이즈 제품인 Packative One 의 도입과 확 정을 책임지는 자리입니다. 현재 이 역할은 CEO가 직접 겸임하고 있으며, 진행 중인 첫 POC의 일선 운영 또한 한국 본사의 PoC 매니저와 CEO가 함께 진행하고 있습니다. 그러나 후속 POC가 시작되는 이번 시점부터, PoC별 디스커버리부터 정착까지 end-to-end로 책임질 단일 오너가 필요합니다.

3. PoC 플레이북 자산화

고객 온보딩 가이드, 사용자 매뉴얼, 트레이닝 자료 체계 구축
