AO Labs, founded in 2022, is pioneering gamified social experiences in the web3 space. As a fast-growing early-stage company backed by world-class investors, we're seeking a Solana Developer to spearhead a new product line that stands at the intersection of social engagement and decentralized finance. This role offers the opportunity to shape the future of social DeFi while working on multichain interoperability solutions.

Primary Responsibilities
- Designing and developing Solana onchain programs using Rust
- Implementing DeFi solutions on Solana, including integration with Jupiter and other DEXs
- Managing technical documentation and development processes
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Solana-based solutions into our platform
- Ensuring the security and reliability of smart contract code through thorough testing and code review processes
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Solana smart contract development experience using Rust
- Deep understanding of smart contract security principles and best practices
- Proficiency with Git and version control workflows
- Demonstrated ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code
- Proficiency in English Communication
Preferred
- Hands-on DeFi development experience, particularly with DEXs and liquidity protocols
- Advanced Rust programming skills with a track record of building high-performance services
- Strong TypeScript/JavaScript skills for seamless frontend integration
- Experience with cross-chain development (Ethereum knowledge is a plus)
- Outstanding problem-solving abilities and genuine passion for blockchain innovation
