Greeting(그리팅) is an all-in-one service that helps solve all the hassles that occur during a company's hiring process, such as resume and evaluation management as well as interview scheduling.

We are solving recruitment problems from the perspective of companies and recruiters. We are pioneering two new markets that didn't exist in Korea before, called ATS (Applicant Tracking System) and TRM (Talent Relationship Management).

Greeting is a web-based SaaS solution, and launched it's beta service in January 2021. Within a few months after the official launch in July the same year we've been adopted by well-known large domestic companies such as LG, Nexon, Hanwha Life Insurance, Socar, Yanolja, and Kakao Entertainment to solve their recruitment process problems.

The Greeting DevOps team builds and maintains our production infrastructure for our rapidly growing client count, as well as facilitate a great development environment to allow our developers to build and test new features quickly and safely.

A unique characteristic of our DevOps team is that we currently have no restrictions on introducing new technologies or starting projects. Any project that makes sense technically and is helpful to our company's vision can be attempted at any time, so feel free to try a variety of challenges.

For example: we have recently renovated our preview environment system by building a custom Kubernetes Operator to easily deploy and test new code using several modern technologies (Operator SDK, Helm, and ArgoCD). To stay ahead we are always trying to provide our developers the best possible development experience so they can quickly and conveniently create great products.

Why are we looking for a new DevOps engineer?

As our services grow, so does the scale and complexity of both our production and development environments. To keep our standards high, we are planning to make significant changes in our infrastructure and production deployment systems. We are looking for a DevOps engineer with a strong foundation in cloud infrastructure to think critically about our vision and help us continue to grow in the future.

What kind of DevOps engineer are we looking for?

• Enjoys helping others.
• Is interested in or has experience writing and sharing technical documents.
• Is not afraid of what they do not know and actively acquires knowledge.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Utilizing Infrastructure as Code technology to build, improve and maintain our Greeting's service infrastructure.
• Building a secure service that complies with a variety of security and privacy related certifications (ISMS certification & others).
• Building and maintaining monitoring systems for all of our infrastructure.

Basic Qualifications

• 3 or more years of experience with public cloud (AWS, Azure) environments.
• Understanding and experience with Infrastructure as Code technologies such as Terraform.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with certification audits such as ISMS.
• Experience using technologies such as Kubernetes, ArgoCD, Helm, etc.
• Obtained cloud infrastructure certification such as AWS Associate.
• Development experience using the Go language.
• Experience using open source monitoring solutions such as Prometheus/Grafana.
