Senior Data Scientist

eMoldino is looking for senior data scientists who can build and lead AI/ML development that provides insights in manufacturing filed based on data collected from our platform. You will work and lead the AI/ML team to develop AI/ML functions in the manufacturing field and work closely with across functional teams to accomplish diverse business objectives. The ideal candidate will have knowledge of statistical, mathematical, and data science programming languages (e.g., SQL, R, Python, TensorFlow) and experience and knowledge of building AI/ML features such as quality analysis, demand analysis, lifespan and maintenance analysis based on data in manufacturing field. Your primary focus will be to process and develop algorithm models to drive business value for our users. We are looking for someone who can come in and make an impact through hands-on learning experience as leader of the AI/ML Team, working with our experienced software engineers.

Responsibilities

Below are some of the responsibilities a Data Scientist Intern is expected to assume in their positions:

• Collaborate with various teams (product, solution team, etc) to identify customer needs and needs and to carry out the development required for the AI/ML related platform.
• Lead the AI/ML feature development with AI/ML team members as a senior data scientist to.
• Select features, build and optimize classifiers using machine learning techniques. Build predictive models and machine learning algorithms.
• Enhance data collection procedures to include information that is relevant for building analytic systems.
• Process, clean, and verify the integrity of data used for analysis.
• Analyze existing data to develop metrics and trends to enhance knowledge and capture value of data.
• Present information using data visualization technique.
• Propose solutions and strategies to business challenges.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or equivalent relevant experience
• 5+ years of experience beyond project leaders who have developed relevant functions in manufacturing, such as quality analysis, demand analysis, life analysis, maintenance analysis, etc. of production based on AI/ML.
• Experience and technical knowledge of programming language such as SQL, Python, or R
• Proficiency with data mining, mathematics, and statistical analysis.
• Advanced pattern recognition and predictive modeling experience.
• Basic back-end knowledge and skills for communicating and deploying AI/ML features with our platform.
• The back-end representative of the solution team will perform the deployment of AI/ML functions on the eMoldino platform practically, but a basic understanding is needed for smooth communication and cooperation with them.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex ideas in a way that is easy to understand.
• High proficiency in both Korean and English language.

• Working hours: 09:00~18:00 (5 days)
