Miso is a fast-growing startup that offers over 200 services through its app. We started as a home cleaning service and have quickly expanded to become a one-stop-shop for all your service needs. Our growth team is dedicated to improving customers’ full journey: ‘Awareness → Acquisition → Conversion → Service → Loyalty'. We are looking for a Full-Stack Developer who can help us grow even faster by building and improving features across the entire stack.
What you will do
- Develop new features and functionalities across web and mobile platforms to enhance the customer and partner experience.
- Work on growth experiments to improve the user journey and retention.
- Collaborate with the product team and designers to ensure the best user experience for our customers.
- Continuously improve our tech stack and development processes.
What you need
- Strong experience in web and mobile development, with proficiency in both front-end and back-end technologies.
- Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment and ability to quickly iterate and adapt to changes.
- Familiarity with data analytics and experience in making data-driven decisions.
- Experience with React and React Native, Node.js, Express
- Familiarity with AWS infrastructure and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to take a deep dive into complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Passion for innovation and delivering high-quality products.
- Ability to communicate in English
