Product Support Team

Snr Software Engineer: Response to symphony SW 2nd line for domestic and overseas customers

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with the Account/Business Unit(BU) Teams and customers as a software expert on technical issues and escalation.
  • Engage directly with customers for software technical support and consultations
  • Summarize and fix the requirement for new software features
  • Issue trace with analyzing logs and the situation
  • Provide technical software support for manufacturing tools and setting-up customer’s tools

Requirements

  • Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science or in related field.
  • 7+years of works experience in the semiconductor field (front-end process) including production line.
  • Working Knowledge of C++ and/or C#.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills in English or Korean in software technical issues

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in semiconductor equipment control software development(C++ and C#)
  • Knowledge and/or experience in the semiconductor field (front-end process) including production line.
  • Formulate root cause hypothesis, analysis, and action plans with detailed problem statements, data analysis, and success criteria.
  • Provide quality remote and on-site escalation support and management
  • Positive and creative communication with Account/BU teams and customers.
  • Strong leadership and ownership with harmonious relationship.
