Who We Are

The Buzzvil Ad Recommendation Team is a Demand Side Platform (DSP) at Buzzvil, providing users with the most appropriate ads cost-effectively based on the industry's highest-level ad recommendation, bidding, and budget management technology. The ad allocation system securely processes hundreds of millions of ad allocation requests daily and focuses on maximizing ad performance through stable system operation and continuous system enhancement based on experimentation (A/B testing) and innovative machine learning technology integration into the ad engine platform.

Ad recommendation team engineers aspire to grow with their colleagues, taking an interest in their peers' code, reviewing it, and providing opportunities to discuss and experience various technology stacks.

What You'll Do

• Develop and operate real-time ad allocation and performance control systems.
• Contemplate various techniques to increase ad efficiency and improve the system through experimentation (A/B testing).
• Collaborate closely with machine learning (ML) engineers to integrate prediction models and algorithms into the ad engine platform.
• Attempt continuous improvement of backend infrastructure through system performance analysis and debugging.

Who You Are

• You have more than 3years experience in IT
• You have experience in operating high-availability backend systems handling large traffic.
• You write code that is easy to understand and test.
• You have experience developing services in cloud environments like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

It is a plus if you have

• Proficiency in one or more programming languages such as Python/Golang.
• Deep understanding of microservices architecture and domain-driven design.
• Experience designing and operating event-based services based on Apache Kafka.

Development Environment

• Main technologies: Go, Python, MySQL, DynamoDB, Redis, ElasticSearch, Kafka, Kubernetes, gRPC, REST API
• Testing/build/deployment: Github Action, Spinnaker
