Back-End Software Developer (Equity based)

ProductifyWork.com is a startup SaaS project for productivity work management through an outcome- based, AI-assisted, and gamified approach. A long-term vision is to enable remote robotic work,

redefining the future of work itself. Seeking a Back-End Software Developer to join our team. In this role, you will play a part in building the server and API infrastructure that will underpin the productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance APIs using Python and the Django framework.
• Evaluate and plan software architecture to ensure a solid foundation for future growth and expansion.
• Build tools and utilities that will be utilized by AI agents

Qualifications

• Experience in back-end development, with Python and the Django framework.
• Experience with Linux environments and command-line interfaces.
• Understanding of API design principles
• Experience with version control systems, such as Git
