As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our CRM product or Pre-cut Software. This is a unique opportunity for a talented individual who can seamlessly transition between the roles of Product Owner and Product Manager, ensuring the successful development, launch, and ongoing enhancement of our systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
Strong understanding of CRM concepts and best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Experience working in an Agile development environment.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for all software-related features and functionalities.
Define and prioritize product features based on market needs, customer feedback, and business goals.
Create and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy.
Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and marketing, to deliver a high-quality software product.
Develop and execute product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.

Requirements

Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements for system enhancements.
Translate business needs into actionable development tasks for the engineering team.
Collaborate with the QA team & other teams to ensure that the system meets high-quality standards and is free from defects.
Engage with customers to gather feedback and understand user needs, incorporating this input into the product development process.
Develop user & training manuals.
