Gena Co. is an AI R&D start-up solving customer support automation in Asian languages. Founded by a former Hugging Face researcher and Cornell linguistics research professor, Gena is a company dedicated to making solutions for customer support optimization. We are launching our first product CABo (customer support assistance board) that works like an AI co-pilot for customer support agents by minimizing repetitive tasks and streamlining the database look-up. As the only Asian start-up with angel investment from Hugging Face CSO Thom Wolf, Gena is inspired to become an AI company that prioritizes researching and developing AI for East and Southeast Asian users. We are looking for motivated starting and experienced engineers who want to join us in leading this movement in Asia!
