Is it really free to post a job?
Yes. Posting a job on Dev Korea is 100% free, no listing fees, no upfront costs, no credit card required. Dev Korea is a self-serve job board operating on success-based platform billing: a platform fee is owed only when a hire is completed through Dev Korea. We do not run a placement or headhunting service. Companies review applications and run their own hiring process.
What counts as a "successful hire"?
A signed contract plus a confirmed start date. When an applicant who applied through Dev Korea is hired and starts, the platform fee applies.
What if the hire does not work out?
We have a refund schedule: 80% back within 30 days, 50% within 60, 20% within 180.
What if I already have a candidate in my pipeline?
Declare them upfront. No platform fee is owed if you hire them.
How long does my listing stay active?
Until the role is filled or you ask us to take it down. No arbitrary 30-day limits.
How is this different from a recruiter?
Dev Korea is a job board, not a recruiter. You post a role, applicants apply directly, and you run your own hiring process. The 7% platform fee is success-based, so you only pay when a hire is completed through the platform.
