  • What counts as a "successful hire"?

    A signed contract plus a confirmed start date. If a candidate we introduced gets hired and starts, the commission applies.

  • What if the hire does not work out?

    We have a refund schedule: 80% back within 30 days, 50% within 60, 20% within 180.

  • What if I already have a candidate in my pipeline?

    Declare them upfront. No commission if you hire them.

  • How long does my listing stay active?

    Until the role is filled or you ask us to take it down. No arbitrary 30-day limits.

  • How is this different from a recruiter?

    Recruiters charge 15–30% of annual salary. We charge 7%, promote publicly across multiple channels, and give you direct access. Full transparency, a fraction of the cost.

  • What types of roles can I post?
