Your Role

As a QA Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, usability, and quality of our digital real estate solutions. You will work closely with product managers, designers, and developers to understand requirements and deliver high-quality releases. Your role will be essential in supporting rapid iteration cycles, automating tests, and validating production stability.

Has 1-3 years of experience in manual and automated software testing.
Understands the importance of quality in fast-paced release cycles.
Is skilled in writing and executing test cases, bug reporting, and tracking.
Has experience QAing across frontend, backend, and mobile platforms.
Has experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JUnit).
Is comfortable with API testing tools like Postman or RestAssured.
Has a strong understanding of SDLC, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile workflows.
Communicates effectively in Japanese and/or Korean a plus!

QA Testers are embedded into Squads.
Each Squad includes 4 to 6 members, including a Product Manager, Product Designer, Developers, and QA.
Squads operate autonomously like mini-startups, with full ownership of their scope.
We emphasize short feedback loops, fast validation of product hypotheses, and iterative releases.
We measure, learn, and improve continuously based on data and real-world results.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working on PropTech or SaaS platforms.
Exposure to containerized or cloud-native environments.
Familiarity with tools like TestRail, Allure, or similar reporting dashboards.
Basic scripting knowledge (e.g., Python, Bash) for test automation.
Business-level English communication skills.
ISTQB or other QA certifications are a plus.
