DevOps Engineer

Klaytn Foundation aspires to be a blockchain platform that is straightforward and easy to use for normal users and developers alike. We build products to assist development on top of the fastest blockchain in the world. Our goal is to provide everything about blockchain - from the platform itself to development tools and actual applications.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Take charge of automating the design, construction, operation, and deployment of the Klaytn platform/service infrastructure.
• Create essential automation and development tools needed for the smooth deployment of the Klaytn platform/service.
• Foster a DevOps culture within the organization, encouraging close collaboration with the development team to maximize efficiency.
• Explore and integrate innovative DevOps tools to enhance the overall development process. Architect CI/CD pipeline specifically tailored for open-source projects.

Qualification

• Experience in DevOps or SW engineering
• Experience with public clouds such as AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.
• Experience with Terraform, cloud platform CLIs
• Experience with CI/CD based build/test/deployment automation (e.g. CircleCI, GitLab CI, Jenkins, etc)
• Able to write scripts and automation in Bash, Python, etc.
• Logical and organized problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Haves

• Possess a foundational understanding of blockchain technology.
• Demonstrated experience working with distributed systems and P2P operations.
• Exhibit an eagerness to embrace new technologies and thrive in challenging environments.
• Proven track record in developing and operating services within a microservice and distributed environment.
• Extensive experience in developing and operating services within a cloud-based environment.
• English for business purposes.
