About Monymony's Product Operations Team:

The Product Operations team at monymony understands our users as much as the service itself. For a user-centric service, we empathize and comprehend the user experience, collecting and analyzing their requirements to reflect in service improvement. Consequently, you can interact closely with users from regions like Korea, Japan, English-speaking areas, and Spanish-speaking countries, truly understanding their unique characteristics. Essentially, as the bridge between users and our service, this role collaborates with related departments such as development, design, and marketing to solve issues and drive the service's growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer communication for problem-solving.
  • Identify user inquiries, pinpoint the cause, and suggest optimal solutions.
  • Continuously streamline the customer service process.
  • Propose service improvements based on customer data.
  • Collect and analyze both qualitative and quantitative customer data.
  • Analyze VOC (Voice of the Customer) and actively share, working together to achieve team objectives.
  • Write and manage service QA test cases.
  • Anticipate errors from the planning stage and derive improvements.
  • Based on planning results, design test plans, scenarios, and apply test cases.
  • Manage and improve service operation policies.
  • Continuously monitor the environment and manage risks for stable service operation and enhancement.

Qualifications:

  • A positive thinker with a flexible mindset.
  • A proactive individual capable of continuously identifying areas of improvement.
  • Exceptional problem-solving skills with an empathetic approach to others' experiences.
  • Outstanding communication skills, especially in writing.
  • Experience using couple apps, including SumOne.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Strong documentation and data analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in collaboration tools (like Notion, Slack, Google Workspace, etc.).
  • Experience in VOC analysis.
  • Have used SumOne for over 6 months.
  • Ability to systematically manage and execute regular tasks.
  • Work experience in a startup or the IT industry.

Hiring Process:

  1. Document Screening: Submit your resume (portfolio/link) via email.
  2. Assignment: There will be a task to complete before the interview.
  3. Interview: If you pass the task, you will have an interview.
  4. Final Acceptance
  • Depending on the experience, additional processes such as preliminary interviews or secondary tasks may be required.
  • Contract to regular employment (3-month probation period with 100% salary payment).
  • The probationary period applies universally to all new employees for a basic 3 months, operated in detail according to internal company rules or systems (can be extended up to 6 months).
