Mid-Level Front-End Web Developer

We are looking for a Mid-Level Front-End Web Developer who is motivated to combine the art of design with the art of programming. Your primary responsibilities will include translating UI/UX design wireframes into actual code to produce visual elements of our application. You will work with “backend” engineers to develop and implement UI/UX which matches business logic and API interface design.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new user-facing features.
  • Build reusable code and libraries for future use.
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.
  • Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
  • Validate all user input before submitting to the back-end.
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in front-end development.
  • Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3.
  • Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.
  • Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks, specifically React and Next.js.
  • Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and other features of modern browsers.
  • Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and solutions.
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, specifically Git.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Knowledge of design tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD is a plus.
  • Valid working visa in Korea if you are a foreign applicant.
