Position overview

As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our CRM product or Pre-cut Software. This is a unique opportunity for a talented individual who can seamlessly transition between the roles of Product Owner and Product Manager, ensuring the successful development, launch, and ongoing enhancement of our systems.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager.
  • Strong understanding of CRM concepts and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all software-related features and functionalities.
  • Define and prioritize product features based on market needs, customer feedback, and business goals.
  • Create and maintain the product backlog, ensuring alignment with overall product strategy.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and marketing, to deliver a high-quality software product.
  • Develop and execute product roadmaps, ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.

Requirements

  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements for system enhancements.
  • Translate business needs into actionable development tasks for the engineering team.
  • Collaborate with the QA team & other teams to ensure that the system meets high-quality standards and is free from defects.
  • Engage with customers to gather feedback and understand user needs, incorporating this input into the product development process.
  • Develop user & training manuals.
