As the platform developer under the cloud-virtualized infrastructure, you will work with the telephony service SW development team and deploy and develop our SW based on Linux OS under the virtualized infrastructure. Especially, you will work on the Linux OS, kernel and Cloud service development for our business. We are looking for the developer who has some experience of works related Linux OS, Kernel and embedded OS. Additionally, if you have any experience about the OS virtualization and container-based platform or Kubernetes, you may be the right person for this opportunity.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and deploy the platform under Linux OS
  • Make kernel module which is used in our product Handle and develop the telephony feature on the embedded gateway board
  • Develop RTP handling service using HMP (Host Media processing) solution
  • Secure the SW security stability in an application
  • Provide tech support and maintenance to global Cloud customers

You will bring

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree or above in related field (Computer engineering, IT, Information and communication engineering, Electronic engineering)
  • Experience : Development in field related to Linux, Kernel or embedded gateway development
  • Knowledge in Programming skill : C, C++
  • Working well together in a team (collaboration)
  • Positive mind during work with colleague
  • Willingness to learn the new trendy technology

You may also bring

  • Knowledge in technology related to Cloud native, virtualization, Kubernetes
  • Experience of the deployment under Public Cloud infrastructure like as AWS, Azure…
  • Knowledge or interest in open-source AI service
  • Additional Programming language : Python, Rust, JAVA, Go lang
  • Experience or knowledge in field related RTP media handling solution development

Document Return Policy

This notification is given pursuant to Article 11 (6) of the Fair Hiring Procedure Act. A job applicant who has applied but not been selected for a position at Ericsson-LG (the "Company") may request that his or her hiring documents be returned to him or her in accordance with the Fair Hiring Procedure Act. This does not apply if the hiring documents were submitted via the Company's website or e-mail, or if the job applicant voluntarily submitted them without the Company's request. In addition, if the hiring documents were destroyed due to a natural disaster or any other reasons not attributable to the Company, such documents will be deemed to have been returned to the job applicant. A job applicant who wishes to have his or her hiring documents returned in accordance with the paragraph 2 above must complete a "Request for Return of Hiring Documents" [Annex Form No. 3 in the Enforcement Rule of the Fair Hiring Procedure Act] and email it to the Company (recruit.elg@ericsson.com). In such case, within fourteen (14) days from the date of identifying the receipt of the request, the Company will send the hiring documents to the job applicant’s designated address via registered mail. Please be advised that the job applicant is responsible for the cost of postage for registered mail.
