Experienced UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a passionate UI/UX designer with more than two years of professional experience working with software companies.

The main role of this position is designing an end-to-end experience for a digital ecosystem that includes developing a new desktop application, implementing a CRM system, and website renewal through collaboration with agile development team members such as PM, Engineers, outsourced agencies, and other stakeholders. We aim to develop solutions that solve difficulties our customers worldwide experience by delivering tools to help them be more productive, save time, lower costs, and operate sustainably to make an impact in the automotive industry. This job position is to start ASAP.

This position is open in Seoul, South Korea, and you should be residing in Seoul.

Responsibilities

As a UI/UX Designer, you will develop user interfaces and user experiences (UI/UX) for web, mobile, and a unique desktop app. You will also create the appearance and behavior for the interfaces.

• Lead various design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product launches
• Be autonomous. You will be in charge of your work. You will decide how you work on every last detail, every step of the way, in a responsible manner
• Rapidly produce multiple concepts and prototypes, knowing when to apply pixel-perfect attention to detail and when to make low-fi sketches and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively
• Craft a streamlined user interface (for desktop and mobile Apps) that the development team will build around
• Continuously iterate and improve upon existing design solutions based on user feedback and data insights
• Maintain accurate and consistent documentation

Requirements

• 2+ years of professional experience at software/web development companies
• Proficiency with design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud software and Figma
• Experience with user research and testing methods
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively
• Ability to operate individually and cross-functionally with minimal supervision
• Excellent inter-team communication skills
• Fluency in English communication.
• Portfolio submission is required.

• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Understating and Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Korean communication skills
