As a Front-End Developer at TheBase, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the front-end components of our CRM sales tool. You will work closely with our UX/UI designers and back-end developers to create a seamless and engaging user experience. Your expertise in modern web development technologies and best practices will be essential in delivering high-quality, responsive applications.

Key Responsibilities

Development

  • Develop and maintain responsive web applications using ReactJS, TailwindCSS, FlowbiteUI, SASS, ElectronJS, and Typescript.
  • Implement front-end features and functionality in line with project requirements and design specifications.
  • Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate design mockups and wireframes into functional user interfaces.
  • Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.
  • Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve code quality.

Testing and Debugging

  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging of front-end code to ensure a high-quality user experience.
  • Identify and resolve performance issues and bugs in a timely manner.

Continuous Improvement

  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development.
  • Suggest improvements and implement best practices to enhance the development process and overall application performance.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in front-end development.
  • Proficiency in ReactJS (up to v18), TailwindCSS (up to v3), FlowbiteUI, SASS, ElectronJS, Typescript, and Vite.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles and best practices.
  • Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
