As a Front-End Developer at TheBase, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the front-end components of our CRM sales tool. You will work closely with our UX/UI designers and back-end developers to create a seamless and engaging user experience. Your expertise in modern web development technologies and best practices will be essential in delivering high-quality, responsive applications.
Key Responsibilities
Development
- Develop and maintain responsive web applications using ReactJS, TailwindCSS, FlowbiteUI, SASS, ElectronJS, and Typescript.
- Implement front-end features and functionality in line with project requirements and design specifications.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Collaboration
- Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate design mockups and wireframes into functional user interfaces.
- Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.
- Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve code quality.
Testing and Debugging
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging of front-end code to ensure a high-quality user experience.
- Identify and resolve performance issues and bugs in a timely manner.
Continuous Improvement
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development.
- Suggest improvements and implement best practices to enhance the development process and overall application performance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in front-end development.
- Proficiency in ReactJS (up to v18), TailwindCSS (up to v3), FlowbiteUI, SASS, ElectronJS, Typescript, and Vite.
- Strong understanding of responsive design principles and best practices.
- Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
