About the Role

Packative is rebuilding the packaging industry through technology. As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll work across our entire platform (packative.com)—designing and developing production-ready features that connect real-world logistics with digital automation. You’ll ship fast, solve real bottlenecks, and help us eliminate manual processes one line of code at a time.

What You'll Do

  • Build user-facing interfaces and backend APIs using React, Next.js, and NestJS
  • Design scalable systems and deploy them using AWS-native services (Lambda, S3, CloudFront, etc.)
  • Work with PostgreSQL, MariaDB, and Redis to manage data efficiently and securely
  • Collaborate with product, design, and AI teams to ship features that are fast, intelligent, and user-focused
  • Leverage AI development tools (like Copilot, GPT, and internal assistants) to improve velocity and accuracy
  • Contribute to code reviews, testing, and architecture decisions to keep tech debt low and performance high

What We're Looking For

  • 3–6 years of full stack experience, ideally building SaaS, platform, or internal tooling
  • Strong TypeScript skills and hands-on experience with NestJS, React, and Next.js
  • Proficient in styling modern web interfaces using CSSSCSS, and Tailwind CSS
  • Deep understanding of building and maintaining systems on AWS
  • Experience with SQL/relational databases and Redis for caching and performance
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated workflows using GitHub Actions
  • Clear understanding of clean code principles, architecture patterns, and API design
  • Comfort using AI tools to refactor, debug, generate tests, and improve dev speed

Nice to Have

  • Prior experience building ERP-like workflows or eCommerce tools
  • Understanding of packaging, print production, or logistics
  • Built or contributed to internal tools or developer workflows using LLMs
