Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with designers and developers to lead and manage the product development lifecycle from design to launch.
• Collaborate with designers to translate user requirements and market insights into intuitive, user-centered product experiences.
• Work closely with developers to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure timely, high-quality development.
• Conduct market research and analysis to understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape, and incorporate insights into product roadmaps and strategies.
• Define product vision, goals, and objectives and effectively communicate them to the team and stakeholders.
• Utilize user feedback, analytics, and market insights to make decisions and continuously improve the product using a data-driven approach.
• Actively contribute to product design and development to create innovative packaging solutions.
• Manage and support designers and developers, providing guidance and support in their day-to-day activities and fostering their professional growth.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and pricing strategies.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Korean and English for effective communication and collaboration with international teams and stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, computer science, or related field. An advanced degree is an added advantage.
• Product management experience in the technology or packaging industry is preferred.
• A deep understanding of product development methodologies, user-centered design principles, and agile project management is required.
• You have excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to effectively influence and collaborate with designers, developers, and cross-functional teams.
• You must have practical experience in design and development and be able to work closely with designers and developers to create innovative solutions.
• You should have an analytical mindset that utilizes data and market insights to make informed decisions.
• You must be a strong problem solver with strategic thinking and the ability to adapt to changing market trends.
• You must have a passion for sustainability and a genuine interest in driving positive environmental impact through innovative packaging solutions.
• Experience with design thinking and user research methodologies is a plus.

Working conditions

• Work type : Full-time (3 months probationary period)
• Working hours : 5 days a week (Mon~Fri) from 09:00 ~ 10:30 to 18:00 ~ 19:30
• Work location : Unit 1414, Think Factory Dangsan B, 150 Yeongdeungpo-ro, Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul(07292), South Korea

자격 요건

• 국제 팀 및 이해 관계자와 효과적인 의사 소통과 협력을 위해 한국어와 영어를 능숙하게 구사합니다.
• 경영학, 공학, 컴퓨터 과학 또는 관련 분야에서 학사 학위를 소지하고 있어야 합니다. 고급 학위는 추가 우대 사항입니다.
• 기술 또는 포장 산업에서의 제품 관리 경험이 있는 것이 좋습니다.
• 제품 개발 방법론, 사용자 중심 디자인 원칙 및 애자일 프로젝트 관리에 대한 깊은 이해가 필요합니다.
• 디자이너, 개발자 및 교차 기능 팀과 효과적으로 영향을 미치고 협력할 수 있는 우수한 리더십과 커뮤니케이션 기술을 갖추고 있어야 합니다.
• 디자인과 개발에 대한 실질적인 경험을 가지고 있으며 디자이너와 개발자와 긴밀히 협력하여 혁신적인 솔루션을 만들 수 있어야 합니다.
• 데이터와 시장 인사이트를 활용하여 정보화된 의사 결정을 내리는 분석적인 사고 방식을 가져야 합니다.

근무 조건

• 근무형태 : 정규직(수습기간 3개월)
• 근무일시 : 주 5일(월~금) 09:00 ~ 10:30 부터 18:00 ~ 19:30까지
