About the Marketing Team:

monymony's marketing team is a wonderful group committed to proposing love as a solution for life. In order to spread the value of love worldwide, marketers must have a broader perspective than anyone else. We proceed with insights that encompass both macro and micro perspectives. Our communication is data-driven. We embark on the fascinating task of quantifying abstract values like love, happiness, and togetherness. We design hypotheses, pose questions to our users, collect feedback via experimental outcomes, and address these by circulating our next strategies. As a result, we affirm the values of love and 'Sumone'.

Experiences you can gain:

Qualifications:

• Aiming to be a popular marketer rather than a unique one.
• At least 2 years of marketing experience or possessing equivalent skills.
• Experience using couple app services including Sumone.
• Proficiency in GA (Google Analytics) and experienced in validating hypotheses based on clear data definitions.
• Ability to suggest content that can achieve viral loops and referral effects based on data.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficiency in English or Japanese.
• Experience with localization or exploratory experience in the North American or Japanese markets.
• At least one instance of collaboration with partner companies or SNS account management.
• Experience in KPI management, comparative performance analysis, report writing, or data visualization.
• Motivated by growth alongside the team.

Hiring Process:

2. Assignment: There will be a task to complete before the interview.
3. Interview: If you pass the task, you will have an interview.
4. Final Acceptance

• Depending on the experience, additional processes such as preliminary interviews or secondary tasks may be required.
• Contract to regular employment (3-month probation period with 100% salary payment).
• The probationary period applies universally to all new employees for a basic 3 months, operated in detail according to internal company rules or systems (can be extended up to 6 months).
