How many sponsors can an event have?
Each event can have up to 3 Event Sponsors (shared visibility) or 1 Exclusive Event Sponsor (solo visibility). This ensures meaningful visibility for each sponsor without overcrowding.
What's the difference between Event Sponsor and Exclusive Event Sponsor?
Exclusive Event Sponsors get sole sponsorship of the event with exclusive branding on the event page, logo on all event slides (vs. opening slides only), mention as exclusive partner in opening and closing remarks, and priority access for future events. This tier is recommended for companies seeking maximum visibility and exclusive association with the event.
When do I need to commit and pay?
After your application is approved, we'll send an invoice. Payment is due at least 7 days before the event date to allow time for slide preparation and promotion.
Can I give a company introduction at the event?
Yes! All event sponsors can give a 2–3 minute company introduction. This is optional but highly recommended for recruitment or brand awareness. We'll coordinate timing with you before the event.
What happens if the event is cancelled?
If we cancel an event due to unforeseen circumstances, we'll offer a full refund or the option to transfer your sponsorship to the next available event.
Can I sponsor multiple events?
Absolutely! If you plan to sponsor multiple events throughout the year, consider our platform sponsorship for better value and ongoing visibility.
