Who We Are

The SaaS Platform team is responsible for developing and operating the backend systems of the SSP (Supply-Side Platform). We develop various platforms necessary for SSP services, including authentication, ad allocation, ad participation, reward accumulation, and settlement, and also develop for the integration with large media companies and advertising platforms. We also make continuous efforts to operate the system efficiently in a large-scale traffic environment with a MAU of 15 million.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and operate APIs for communication with SDKs.
• Operate services integrated with large media companies such as KakaoPay and Kakao Bank.
• Support the development of integration between new large media companies and the Buzzvil advertising system.
• Improve and manage platforms operated by the team, such as authentication, ad allocation/participation, reward accumulation, and settlement.
• Continuously improve the operating environment to ensure stable service operation in a large-scale traffic environment with a MAU of 15 million.

Development Environment

• Main Technologies: Go, Python, MySQL, DynamoDB, Redis, ElasticSearch, Kafka, Kubernetes, gRPC, REST API
• Work Tools: Jira, Confluence, Slack, Github
• Code Review: Requires approval from one or more reviewers for code changes, and there is a proactive atmosphere within the team for participating in code reviews.
• Testing/Building/Deployment:
• CI is conducted using Drone CI, and transitioning to Github Action is currently underway.
• Deployments are handled via Gitploy and Spinnaker.
• Monitoring: Datadog, Grafana, Prometheus, Loki, AWS CloudWatch

Who You Are

• Experienced more than 3years in IT
• Proficient in one or more server programming languages.
• Write code that is easy to test.
• Think about solutions to prevent recurrence after problem-solving.
• Understand communication models such as REST, gRPC, and can design and develop user-friendly APIs.
• Have experience operating live services with large traffic.
• Work with a high sense of responsibility to create stable services in mission-critical service operation environments.

It would be a plus if you are

• Proficient in Go or Python.
• Capable of designing architectures applying software architectures like Hexagonal Architecture.
• Proficient in handling MySQL, DynamoDB, Redis, Elasticsearch.
• Understand cloud-native environments such as AWS/Kubernetes.
• Capable of designing systems utilizing Kafka.
