As an Android Engineer in our team

Recently, we have taken a huge challenge and made it into our mission: To create a cryptocurrency-based derivatives exchange focusing on agility and a wide range of unique trading products. To achieve this, we have built a team of smart, creative and optimistic people and we are still growing! As a Mobile Software Engineer, you will design and implement mobile application to bring a delightful, intuitive mobile experience to users.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain advanced application for our exchange on the Android platform
Work together with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Efficiently use third-party data sources and APIs
Create and execute unit tests on your code, to ensure its robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
Troubleshoot issues, debugs and upgrade exiting systems
Deploy programs and evaluate user feedback
Execute full software development life cycle

What we want you to have

6-9 years solid Android software development experience
Demonstrated proficiency with Java, Kotlin Language
Jetpack Compose based Android UI development experience
Understanding of Clean Architecture, MVI, Reactive Programming, Coroutine
Development experience defining, developing and maintaining REST, WebSocket based interfaces
Create and execute unit tests on your code, to ensure its robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability
Experience of publish android app to Playstore
Good understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
Good knowledge of the general mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and emerging technologies
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering or equivalent industry experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills and an ability to work in a team environment
Korean language skill in conversational level

Nice to have

Understanding of financial derivatives products, exchange and trading platforms, blockchain, software development and business
Configuration management experience using git and github
Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related field.
Have contributed to some popular Android libraries or have your own popular project(s)
Knowledge of the Android SDK performance tools and optimization techniques
Additional experience working at a high growth startup / tech company
English in conversational level
