Key Responsibilities

As a Technical Product Manager at Hopae, you will be instrumental in defining and delivering innovative products that meet the needs of our global enterprise clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our technologies, products, and services are effectively developed and deployed.

Define the product roadmap and technical requirements based on industry trends, customer pain points and team’s research/business insights.
Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and coordinate with development teams to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
Develop user personas, user stories, and detailed specifications to guide the product development process.
Monitor and evaluate product performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance functionality and user experience.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on product vision, strategy, and goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Security or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager in a technology company.
Strong understanding of product management principles, including Agile methodologies and user-centered design.
Experience in making decisions based on user data and feedback.
Excellent communication and project management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Entrepreneurial experience with a solid understanding of business metrics.
Experience contributing to successful projects from early stages to market launch.
Familiarity with the 'as-a-Service' domain, particularly in Deep Tech or B2B solutions.
Practical experience in development-related roles.
Interest in software-based Deep Tech domains, particularly in digital identity and authentication.
