GenAI Application DevOps Engineer

GenAI AppDev Engineers are the driving force behind developing and deploying AI applications that tackle real-world business challenges across a diverse range of industries. Harnessing the power of large language models from OpenAI, watsonx.ai, and open-source, they meticulously orchestrate the entire AI solution lifecycle, from data engineering to training, validation, tuning, deployment, and AI operations. Their expertise lies in crafting user-centric and business-impactful MVPs and PoCs, ultimately spearheading the production go-live of AI services within enterprises.

As a GenAI AppDev Engineer, you are a specialist in Foundation Models and AI application development. You strategically leverage application patterns, application repositories, model hubs like GitHub and Hugging Face, and frameworks like Langchain to streamline the development process. Your deep understanding of cloud technologies, particularly Kubernetes and data solution components like Cosmos DB, BigQuery, and Databricks, empowers you to build robust and scalable AI solutions. With your programming proficiency in Python, Java, and SQL, you effortlessly create applications, APIs, and data integrations that seamlessly integrate with existing systems.

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy AI applications that address real-world business problems
• Utilize large language models from OpenAI, watsonx.ai, and open-source
• Oversee the entire AI solution lifecycle, from data engineering to training, validation, tuning, deployment, and AI operations
• Craft user-centric and business-impactful MVPs and PoCs
• Champion the production go-live of AI services within enterprises
• Leverage application patterns, application repositories, model hubs like GitHub and Hugging Face, and frameworks like Langchain
• Possess a deep understanding of cloud technologies, particularly Kubernetes and data solution components like Cosmos DB, BigQuery, and Databricks
• Create applications, APIs, and data integrations using programming skills in Python, Java, and SQL

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Relative hands-on experience in developing AI-powered applications
• Expertise in large language models and Foundation Models
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, Java, and SQL
• Strong understanding of cloud technologies, particularly Kubernetes and data solution components
• Experience in creating user-centric and business-impactful MVPs and PoCs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise

• Master of prompt engineering
• Expertise with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP
• Experience in mobile app development (iOS and Android)
• Experience in API development
• Experience with agile development methodologies
