Product Manager

As a Product Manager at Kaia Foundation, you will be responsible for driving the development and growth of Kaia Blockchain’s end-user products, including the Kaia Portal and Kaia Square. This role demands a deep passion for web3 technologies, a strong ethical compass, and a commitment to user-centric product development. You will work on expanding the Kaia ecosystem to billions of users by collaborating across teams and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and user satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Engineering, Design, Data Science, and other teams to identify and prioritize product opportunities and deliver effective solutions.
• Product Strategy & Execution: Lead the development and execution of the product strategy to scale the Kaia ecosystem. Focus on user needs to drive product decisions and achieve growth goals.
• Ecosystem Development: Work with ecosystem partners to identify unmet needs and develop product opportunities to expand the Kaia ecosystem.
• Outcome Ownership: Manage quarterly goals, maintain the product backlog, and ensure timely execution of prioritized initiatives.
• Metrics Framework: Establish and maintain a metrics-driven approach to ensure product initiatives align with overall business objectives.
• Reporting & Strategy Refinement: Track progress, address challenges, and adjust strategies as needed in collaboration with Kaia leadership.

Qualifications

Experience:

• 3+ years of Product Management experience with proven cross-functional expertise (e.g., Business Development, Marketing, Finance, Legal).
• 3+ years of on-chain experience, with deep knowledge of Ethereum, Kaia, and on-chain communities.

Skills:

• Proficient in English (spoken and written)
• A strong owner mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Exceptional analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• A clear understanding that Product Management is about derisking initiatives and delivering customer and business value.

Passion & Ethics:

• A strong curiosity and passion for web3, combined with a commitment to ethical product development.

Nice to Haves:

• Proficiency in Korean
• Experience contributing to an onchain community or project.
• Experience writing smart contracts.
