We’re hiring for a Technical Solutions Engineer, but what actually is that? The role is split into three categories: internal software development, client facing engineering services, and providing support to our Account Management and fulfillment teams.

This role is for engineers that are true entrepreneurs and take on the role of developer, consultant, and platform specialist. Excellent communication skills are a must along with the perseverance to solve problems that may not have obvious solutions. You may need to "Think out of the box" or "hack around" a problem to solve it. We like that!

The Role’s Responsibilities

  • Handle, collect and analyze large amounts of data using a variety of data solutions like Google Analytics
  • Collaborate across global teams on the execution of internal/external development and project implementation
  • Deliver technical consulting services for domestic and international conglomerates
  • Work as an implementation consultant providing solutions for data collection/design based on customers’ business requirements with knowledge of digital marketing
  • Provide engineering services along the lines of data integration, platform migration, automating workflows and processes, tag audits and deployments, visualization, and cloud architecture consulting.
  • Provide technical guidance on complicated platform and implementation issues

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science or Computer Engineering)
  • 1 to 2 years work experience in the relevant fields
  • Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and DOM
  • Experience querying large databases (SQL) (experience with BigQuery a plus)
  • Proficiency in one or more of JavaScript (Node.JS), Python, or Java
  • Working knowledge of GitHub
  • Experience in practical use of one of major cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure)
  • Excellent communication skills are a must along with the perseverance to solve problems that may not have obvious solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate technical workflows, challenges, requirements, and solutions to a non-technical, client audience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Korean

Preferred Qualifications and experience

  • Experience in the analytics tool (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
  • Experience in ETL, microservices, working with APIs, and analyzing large data sets
  • Cloud certification (GCP, AWS, Azure)
  • Experience with mobile app development in Objective-C, Swift, Kotlin, or React Native
  • Experience/Familiarity with Hybrid mobile app or native iOS/Android development
  • Exceptional project management, analytical problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
