React-Native Mobile Engineer

Job Description:

• Develop mobile applications using React Native.
• Strive for efficiency by exploring various automations, test codes, and utilizing Third Party services.
• Develop nonexistent React Native modules or create using open source.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new features for existing apps.
• Manage and improve app performance and bug issues.
• Participate in app planning, new app development, and all other app-related tasks.

Qualifications:

• Understanding of React's operating mechanism and Hooks.
• 3+ years of experience in Mobile Application or service development & maintenance using React.
• Experience in launching products using React Native or iOS, Android.
• Basic understanding of JavaScript, TypeScript (ES6).
• Ability to design, implement, and test given functionalities and requirements.
• Commitment to expandable development, familiar with refactoring, version control (Git), and systematic code management.
• Knowledge or willingness to learn Node.js environment and libraries.
• No restrictions on international travel.
• Basic English proficiency (reading, writing, simple conversation).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with a service with a DAU (Daily Active Users) of 300,000 or equivalent.
• Strong interest in developing good U/UX.
• Experience in automating app testing and deployment.
• Experience in building collaboration processes with other developers.
• Experience participating in open-source projects.

Hiring Process:

3. Final Acceptance

• Depending on the experience, additional processes such as preliminary interviews or secondary tasks may be required.
• Contract to regular employment (3-month probation period with 100% salary payment).
• The probationary period applies universally to all new employees for a basic 3 months, operated in detail according to internal company rules or systems (can be extended up to 6 months).
