About the Role

Nietzsche Labs is a cross-cultural venture studio that builds and backs brands at the intersection of design, culture, and technology. We’re seeking a Software Engineer to join our core team and work across early-stage studio concepts, from MVPs to full product launches.

You’ll help prototype new ventures, support portfolio founders, and shape how we approach digital execution inside a studio that values aesthetics, utility, and culture equally.

What You'll Do

Build and launch MVPs for internal venture concepts (e.g. brand tools, marketplaces, consumer apps)
Collaborate with designers, brand strategists, and founders to ship products with high creative integrity
Translate early-stage ideas into user flows, wireframes, and functioning products
Support technical due diligence and roadmap planning for potential external investments
Set up scalable backends, APIs, and integrations (where needed)
Work closely with leadership on tooling and digital infrastructure for the studio

What We're Looking For

3+ years experience shipping production software
Fluency in frontend frameworks (React, Vue, etc.) and backend environments (Node.js, Python, etc.)
Experience with rapid prototyping, MVP-first thinking, and iterative design
Passion for startups, design culture, and working in high-autonomy environments
Comfortable jumping between zero-to-one builds, founder tools, and infrastructure
Bonus: experience with Web3, AI/ML APIs, or creative tools
