Who We’re Looking For: A Flutter Developer Who Will Grow into a Founding Engineer

We’re looking for someone who:

Shares our vision and is passionate about transforming rehab therapy
Takes full ownership of the product
Can lead projects independently
Can deliver product updates and development on time, meeting deadlines
Is open to constructive feedback and enjoys a positive, collaborative culture
Understands customer needs and enjoys direct interaction with users

You May Be a Good Fit If You:

Have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical fields
Have experience working with a team to build and maintain quality consumer facing Flutter apps
Are proficient with Dart and have handled UI, networking, and state management
Have experience deploying mobile applications to Android and iOS platforms
Business-level English proficiency

Nice to Have:

Experience deploying and managing applications using AWS services
Familiarity with Firebase for mobile backend development
Willingness to learn and work on backend components (Python/Django/Celery) required for mobile app features

Key Responsibilities:

Contribute to the development and enhancement of PhyxUp Health’s core product, ensuring it aligns with our mission to transform rehab therapy.
Design and implement new features to continuously improve our product and user experience.
Collaborate with the team to analyze, optimize, and refine the technology powering our services, ensuring scalability and performance.
