ProCrewz® is a live show crew workforce management SaaS platform for event professionals across North America, streamlining remote team collaboration and communication through its mobile app and client portal. Its parent company, Program Productions Inc., is a media company that has partnered with major U.S. broadcasters including CBS and Fox. (Est. 1987)

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the ProCrewz iOS application using Swift and modern iOS frameworks (UIKit, SwiftUI)
Own feature delivery across mobile workflows — scheduling, crew management, check-in, and event execution
Build and integrate RESTful APIs connecting the iOS app to the ProCrewz Salesforce-based platform
Own the full cycle from business requirements analysis → technical spec → development → testing/QA
Contribute to code review, documentation, and development best practice discussions
Manage App Store submission, TestFlight, versioning, and release workflows
Support localization and regional considerations as ProCrewz expands into new markets

Requirements

3+ years of iOS development experience using Swift
Strong command of UIKit, SwiftUI, and the iOS SDK
Demonstrated experience integrating mobile apps with RESTful APIs and backend services
Fluent in both English and Korean — daily written and spoken collaboration with a US-based team
Solid understanding of mobile architecture patterns (MVC, MVVM) and clean code principles
Experience with App Store submission, TestFlight, and iOS release processes

Nice to Have

Familiarity with Salesforce APIs or enterprise SaaS platform integrations
Experience with Firebase, push notifications, or real-time data sync in mobile applications
Background in workforce management, staffing, scheduling, or live events applications
End-to-end experience with documentation-driven cycles: customer case → requirements → development → testing/QA
Prior experience working with US-based engineering teams remotely from Korea

자격 요건

Swift를 활용한 iOS 개발 경력 3년 이상
UIKit, SwiftUI, iOS SDK 숫령
RESTful API 및 백엔드 서비스 연동 경험
영어와 한국어 유능 업무 수준 이상 — 미국 팀과의 일상적 문서 및 서면 커뮤니케이션
모바일 아키텍처 패턴(MVC, MVVM) 및 클린 코드 원칙 이해
App Store 제출, TestFlight, iOS 릴리스 프로세스 경험
