ProCrewz® is a live show crew workforce management SaaS platform for event professionals across North America, streamlining remote team collaboration and communication through its mobile app and client portal. Its parent company, Program Productions Inc., is a media company that has partnered with major U.S. broadcasters including CBS and Fox. (Est. 1987)

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop custom solutions on the Salesforce platform (Apex, LWC, Flow, etc.)
Build new tools and services for time & attendance, payroll, and HR workflows
Integrate 3rd party APIs (payment platforms, etc.) and optimize existing architecture for performance
Own the full cycle from business requirements analysis → technical spec → development → testing/QA
Contribute to code review, documentation, and development best practice discussions

Requirements

2+ years of development experience on the Salesforce CRM platform
Core Salesforce skills: Apex, LWC, Flow
Analytical ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
Professional English communication (direct report to Senior Engineering Lead)

Nice to Have

Experience building and operating cloud-based SaaS web/mobile applications outside of the Salesforce ecosystem
End-to-end experience with documentation-driven cycles: customer case → requirements → development → testing/QA
Experience developing/operating an org with 50K+ active users, including Experience Cloud
Experience mentoring junior developers and building internal technical capabilities
Experience building and operating MuleSoft or Salesforce CI/CD pipelines

자격 요건

Salesforce CRM 플랫폼 개발 경력 2년 이상
Apex, LWC, Flow 등 Salesforce 핵심 기술 역량
복잡한 비즈니스 요구사항을 기술 솔루션으로 전환할 수 있는 분석력
업무상 영어로 의사소통 가능 (Senior Engineering Lead 직속 보고)
