Responsibilities
[Service Strategy Development and Execution]
- Develop short- and long-term strategies and goal roadmaps for each product in alignment with the company's vision and strategy
- Monitor product performance and enhance user-centered services through data-driven service optimization (e.g., user experience design, definition, hypothesis testing, data analysis, etc.)
- Explore new business strategies by conducting market research and competitive analysis to propose and execute initiatives
[Service Planning and Operations]
- Planning and operation of product services within Rakuten Symphony's Internet Service BU
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including development and marketing, to establish service policies and enhance operational efficiency
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience (experience in IT product-based services with 100,000+ MAU or experience in planning, launching, and operating a service at least once)
- 1+ year of experience in both front-end and back-end development
- 1+ year of experience in data analysis and research-related projects
- Proficient in Business English

- Experience in cross-functional team collaboration
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience in software development
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in using data analysis tools
