B2B Marketing Intern

Position Introduction

In this role, you will work closely with the US team to directly support securing new leads and sales opportunities for Retentics. Rather than just assisting with simple administrative tasks, you will directly handle performance data and take on tasks that have a substantial impact on the lead pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Tracking & Analysis

  • Collect and analyze performance data by B2B lead generation channel (Email, LinkedIn, Meta, etc.)
  • Organize lead gen pipeline data and derive insights
  • Monitor KPIs for our product (Retentics) and create reports

Lead Gen & Marketing Execution

  • Support outbound lead enrichment tasks
  • Execute campaigns and make performance-based improvements (Email sequences, LinkedIn outreach, etc.)
  • Manually enter and organize data required for automation pipelines
  • Support the planning and pre/post-operation of events (Conferences, webinars, etc.)
  • Create marketing materials (Blogs, newsletters, social media, etc.)

Qualifications

  • Ability to conduct business communication in English (The interview will be conducted in English)
  • Understanding of LinkedIn or digital marketing channels
  • Data-driven thinking habits
  • Meticulous and action-oriented personality

Preferred Qualifications

  • Enrolled in or graduated with a degree related to Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications
  • Interest/experience in B2B SaaS or E-commerce
