Habsida is hiring a Nepali-speaking IT Mentor to support and guide Nepali students studying in South Korea. Mentoring sessions are conducted in Nepali, so fluency is required.
Responsibilities
- Mentor students throughout their learning journey.
- Conduct online and offline mentoring sessions.
- Review assignments, projects, and provide constructive feedback.
- Answer students' technical questions and help solve coding challenges.
- Monitor student progress and motivate students to achieve their goals.
- Collaborate with the Habsida team to continuously improve the learning experience.
We're Looking For
- Fluent Nepali
- Fluent in English.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in one or more of the following:
- Backend Development
- Frontend Development
- Full-Stack Development
- Data Science / AI
- UI/UX Design
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.
- Previous mentoring or teaching experience is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
