Machine Learning Engineer

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be a creative thinker and utilize data, machine learning, and software development skills to craft high-impact solutions that transform our business.

At Zephframe our mission is to make buildings smarter and more efficient by using machine learning. As a Machine Learning Engineer you will analyze large amounts of data and implement ML techniques to optimize energy performance.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Collaborate in analyzing large volumes of historical data to make predictions.
• Collaborate in building out new API integrations to support continuing increases in data volume and complexity.
• Lead the development of machine learning applications.
• Demonstrated work experience with data transformation and cleaning, feature building, model implementation.
• Develop custom Reinforcement Learning agent algorithms and reward functions.
• Works closely with a team of Data Engineers in building Machine Learning models.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise are:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 1+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, or Machine Learning.
• Knowledge of machine learning techniques.
• Knowledge of machine learning frameworks (Tensorflow, PyTorch, etc).
• Basic understanding of Reinforcement Learning principles.
• Strong analytic skills related to working with unstructured datasets, including collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and presenting data.
• Familiarity with Data Science concepts.
• Demonstrated knowledge in SQL and Python.
• Ability to build successful ML projects with a strong engineering focus.

Not a must, but better if:

• Experience with relational SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Experience with Machine Learning frameworks.
• Experience deploying Machine Learning models and MLOps.
• Technical expertise with data models, data mining, and segmentation techniques.
• Hands-on experience with SQL database design.
• Ability to speak and write in English.
