This month we're doing something different: a hands-on workshop instead of talks.

Most strong candidates don't lose interviews because they lack skills or experience. They lose because they over-explain, lose clarity under pressure, and struggle to sound senior when it matters most. Minson Vo has spent six years coaching engineers, analysts, and PMs, including at Microsoft and ThoughtWorks, on turning expertise into influence. This session is interactive and practical: you'll apply the tools during the session, not just hear about them.
