Role Overview

We are looking for a visionary Product Designer to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting the look and feel of the NomadHer app. You'll combine your knowledge of user experience design with your visual design skills to create products that are not only functional but also inspiring and delightful to use.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and iterate on app features to create intuitive and transformative user experiences.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers to understand constraints and identify opportunities for design innovation.
• Conduct user research to inform and validate design decisions.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to explore and convey design solutions.
• Deliver high-fidelity designs and detailed specifications for mobile and web platforms.
• Ensure a cohesive visual language across all user touchpoints.

Who You Are

• A creative thinker with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in product design.
• Proficient in the latest design tools and software, such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
• Experienced with end-to-end product design, from user research to final design implementation.
• A keen problem-solver with an eye for detail and a passion for usability.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to articulate your design decisions and listen to feedback.
• A strong advocate for the user, always looking to improve their experience and satisfaction.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in product design, preferably within a tech or travel-related industry.
• A degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• A deep understanding of UI/UX principles and a track record of applying these principles to real-world products.
• Experience in conducting user testing and research to guide design decisions.
• An impressive design portfolio that demonstrates your experience in product design.
