Remote from South Korea Employment Type: 6-Month Contract (with possibility of extension)

ProCrewz® is a live show crew workforce management SaaS platform for event professionals across North America, streamlining remote team collaboration and communication through its mobile app and client portal. Its parent company, Program Productions Inc., is a media company that has partnered with major U.S. broadcasters including CBS and Fox. (Est. 1987)

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary strategic bridge between the U.S. Headquarters and the development team, ensuring clear alignment on product goals and technical execution.
• Collect and analyze business requirements from U.S. stakeholders to drive digital transformation for clients.
• Improve and optimize complex business processes, translating them into clear IT requirements and technical specifications for the engineering team.
• Plan and manage service and development projects, proactively resolving communication or cultural gaps between the business side and the technical team.
• Create high-quality proposals, business documents, and reports using MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel) and data analysis tools.

Requirements

• 2+ years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, Consultant, or in a related role.
• Deep understanding of U.S. corporate culture and strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform (Mandatory).
• Professional English communication skills for fluent global collaboration, reporting, and cross-border meetings (Mandatory).
• Proven experience executing consulting projects (e.g., Strategy, IT, Operations, In-house) or experience in service/development planning and project management at an IT/SI company.
• Excellent presentation and report writing skills, with high proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
• A high level of interest in IT and a solid fundamental understanding of technical environments.

Nice to Have

• Experience proactively managing work across different time zones in a remote environment.
• Experience in the live events, music, sports, or broadcasting industries (Huge Bonus).
• Salesforce Administrator Certification.
• Prior project experience focusing on Front-end development.
• Previous internship or work experience at a consulting firm.
