As a Front-End Developer at TheBase, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the front-end components of our CRM sales tool. You will work closely with our UX/UI designers and back-end developers to create a seamless and engaging user experience. Your expertise in modern web development technologies and best practices will be essential in delivering high-quality, responsive applications.

Key Responsibilities

Development

Develop and maintain responsive web applications using ReactJS, TailwindCSS, FlowbiteUI, SASS, ElectronJS, and Typescript.
Implement front-end features and functionality in line with project requirements and design specifications.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Collaboration

Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate design mockups and wireframes into functional user interfaces.
Collaborate with back-end developers to integrate front-end components with server-side logic.
Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve code quality.

Testing and Debugging

Conduct thorough testing and debugging of front-end code to ensure a high-quality user experience.
Identify and resolve performance issues and bugs in a timely manner.

Continuous Improvement

Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development.
Suggest improvements and implement best practices to enhance the development process and overall application performance.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in front-end development.
Proficiency in ReactJS (up to v18), TailwindCSS (up to v3), FlowbiteUI, SASS, ElectronJS, Typescript, and Vite.
Strong understanding of responsive design principles and best practices.
Experience with version control systems, such as Git.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
