Korea's tech scene is still hard to read from the outside: salaries go undiscussed, visa paths are word of mouth, and English-speaking developers rarely show up in the local numbers at all. Publishing this openly is a first attempt at fixing that. It is imperfect, and it gets better the more people answer next year.
