English confidence, not pay, decides who wants a global role
Appetite for global work by English proficiency
78% of the Korean respondents who rate their English as fluent or native are eager to take a mostly-English role, against 31% of those below fluent. The barrier they name follows the same line: 44% of the below-fluent group call the English requirement their biggest hesitation, and none of the fluent group does. Interest in global work is not in short supply; confidence in the language is.
