As a Product Manager at Sendbird, you'll be at the intersection of engineering, product development, sales, marketing, and customer experience. driving the evolution of our cutting-edge products. This role is pivotal in defining and executing the vision for Sendbird's GenAI and Business Messaging products, ensuring it not only meets but exceeds the expectations of our global customer base.

What You Will Do

  • Lead the development and go-to-market strategy for Sendbird's GenAI and Business Messaging products, from vision setting and roadmap development to execution and market launch
  • Collaborate closely with engineering teams to design intuitive APIs and solve complex architectural challenges, ensuring seamless integration and functionality of our products
  • Conduct thorough market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and user research to inform product strategy and feature prioritization
  • Partner with UX/UI designers to craft engaging and intuitive user experiences that meet the needs of a global audience
  • Partner with Product Marketing, Demand Generation, and Content/Operations teams to grow the company's GenAI business through product-led growth strategies and integrating them to a sales-assisted motion
  • Engage with customers to gather insights and feedback, using data-driven approaches to iterate and improve the product continuously
  • Act as a product evangelist, articulating the value proposition and benefits of Sendbird's GenAI technology to stakeholders, partners, and the broader market.

Who You Are

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • At least 3+ years of product management experience, with a track record of leading PLG or Sales-Led SaaS, or consumer products to notable success
  • Proven expertise in developing, launching, and managing SDKs, APIs, or software services targeting software developers or a technical product catered towards non-developers
  • A proven track record in providing exceptional user experiences for Dashboard users
  • A strong executor with the ability to drive projects to completion and a knack for solving technical product challenges.
  • A strategic thinker with an innovative mindset, committed to building user-centric software products

Experience & Skills

  • Demonstrated success in a product management role, with a focus on messaging, AI technologies, or similar areas
  • Ability to drive and effectively communicate cross-functional initiatives that involve design, engineering, as well as GTM functions such as product marketing, demand generation, and content/operations teams
  • Solid technical foundation with the ability to engage deeply on technical details with engineering teams while keeping the focus on the big picture
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex ideas succinctly and persuasively in both English and Korean
